The Un-Spoofable Guarantee (14-Day Sprint)

We stand behind the outcome. If, within 14 days of you completing the one DNS step we ask of you, your domain does not pass DMARC at enforcement (p=reject) and score an A on our scan — verified by a re-scan you run yourself at scan.nextdoorsec.com — you get a full refund, no argument. Email scan@nextdoorsec.com and we refund within one business day.

The guarantee assumes you publish the DNS records or delegation we provide; we cannot enforce a policy on a domain whose DNS we're not permitted to change. If your mail setup makes an A-grade genuinely impossible, we'll tell you that before you pay.

Subscriptions (Monitoring / Managed)

Recurring plans can be cancelled anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period and are not billed again. We don't pro-rate part-months, but if something went wrong on our side, email us and we'll make it right.

Consumer withdrawal right

Our services are digital and begin immediately at your request, so the statutory 14-day withdrawal right lapses once work begins with your express consent (given at checkout). The Un-Spoofable Guarantee above is a stronger, voluntary promise that goes beyond what the law requires.
