InboxScore ("the Service") is operated by NextdoorSEC BV, Brusselstraat 38, Antwerp, Belgium, VAT BE0798791337 ("we", "us").

1. The Service

The free scan reads publicly available DNS records for a domain you submit and reports on email authentication configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, BIMI). Paid reports additionally include remediation guidance, generated documents, and re-scan verification. We perform no intrusive testing and access no private systems.

2. Acceptable use

You may scan domains you own or administer, or domains you are authorized to assess. The scan uses only public DNS data; nevertheless, you agree not to use the Service to harass or target third parties.

3. Paid products & delivery

Paid reports are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law / Directive 2011/83/EU once delivery has begun.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Our reports reflect the state of public DNS records at scan time and industry best practices. Email deliverability and security depend on factors outside our control; we do not guarantee inbox placement or immunity from attack.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.

6. Governing law

Belgian law applies. Courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
